CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
3 c. chicken or turkey, cooked and diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper, diced
1/2 lbs. butter
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
2 lbs. spaghetti
1 can chicken broth
1 med. can sliced mushrooms
1/2 lbs. American cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Saute onion and green pepper in small amount of butter. Make cream sauce with butter, flour and milk. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth. Add chicken to cream sauce. Add onion, pepper and mushrooms. Add spaghetti, cheese, slivered almonds. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
