PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 tbsp. oil
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, oil and 2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Place into greased bowl, cover, let rise for about 45 minutes. Dough is ready if indentation remains when touched. Place in pizza pan and put favorite pizza topping on. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
