FAVORITE PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. each sugar, salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. flour (unbleached or half whole wheat/half white)

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat about 20 strokes. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. Press into 2 (10 inch) circles or one large greased pizza pan. Can use baking sheets.

Top as desired. We use Contadina regular pizza sauce, then shredded Mozzarella and a little Cheddar mixed in over the sauce, then onions, green peppers, etc., on top. Whatever is your pleasure.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
