PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and knead. Put in oven to rise 20 minutes. Pat into 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Add your favorite toppings.
