BLENDER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped topping

Grease a 9 inch glass pie dish. Place all ingredietns in the blender or food processor. Blend 2 minutes. Place in bowl and microwave until thoroughlty heated, stirring frequently. Pour into glass pie plate.

Microwave on medium (50 % power 15 to 20 mintues). May need to shield outer edges with foil for 5 to 6 minutes. Then continue to cook. Pie will be done when the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft. This can also be done in a conventional oven bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.

Let stand at room temperature about 15 to 20 minutes. Top with topping and serve. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
