Line bottom of a 14 x 10 x 2 inch pan with ladyfingers (plain). Beat together 1 pound confectioners sugar, 2 sticks butter, 2 eggs. Beat 10 minutes and spread on ladyfingers.

2 lg. cans crushed pineapple, drained
3 lg. bananas, sliced
32 oz. frozen strawberries, drained
16 oz. Cool Whip

Spread each layer over mixture. Top with Cool Whip, sliced cherries and nuts. Refrigerate.

Makes 20 to 24 servings.
