CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked and diced
3/4 pkg. vermicelli
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 lb. Velveeta
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk

Cook chicken (boil it with onion, carrot and celery). Set aside one cup of chicken broth, but keep the rest of the broth in the pan. Cook broccoli separately. Make a sauce with the 1 cup chicken broth, milk, soup and cubed Velveeta. Cook the vermicelli in the rest of the broth. Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
