STRAWBERRY PIE 
9 inch pie pan
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. boiling water

Cut butter into bisquick and add boiling water until mixture can be gathered into a ball. Press into pie pan to an even thickness on bottom and sides of pan. Prick with a fork and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees. While cooling, make filling.

FILLING:

6 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 1/4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
Whipped cream

Crush 2 cups of the berries and mix with 1/2 cup water. Add sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Cook until clear (about 3 to 5 minutes). Add butter.

Arrange whole berries in pie crust. Pour warm glaze over berries. Make sure all berries are covered. Chill and top with whipped cream.
