18 large pears 18 bell peppers (use all colors) 3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 qt. plus 1 ptsp. vinegar 5 large onions (white and purple mixed) green and red hot peppers to taste Chop all ingredients. Cool until tender. Pour into jars and heat seal while hot. In honor of Dot Martens. |
