SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tsp. lemon flavor

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each. Sift flour, salt, soda together. Add to butter mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Add lemon flavoring. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
