SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
3 c. sugar
6 eggs or Egg Beaters
1 c. light sour cream
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. almond extract

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Alternate with dry ingredients and sour cream. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open oven until done.
