SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
3 c. flour (plain)
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sour cream
6 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time, beat well. Add flour that has soda and salt alternately with sour cream beginning and ending with flour. Add flavoring. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
