VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-all (drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts (chopped and drained)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (save 1/2 cup for topping)
1 roll crushed Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together. Put into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put crushed Ritz crackers on top. Dot with melted butter. Cook at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
