SUMMER SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
12 1/2 oz. tuna in spring water
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. broccoli, cut in sm. pieces, more or less to taste
3/4 c. thinly sliced carrots, more or less to taste
1 bunch of chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 to 2 tbsp. mustard

Cook macaroni, drain. In large bowl combine all ingredients except dressing and mustard. Then add dressing and mustard. Toss gently to mix. Chill thoroughly. Serve in lettuce lined bowls.
