ITALIAN CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk

Cream together and then add: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can angel flake coconut 1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well then fold in 5 stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter

Cream together. Then add: 1 c. chopped nuts 1 box confectioners sugar

Mix well.
