BARBECUED SPARE RIBS | |
4 lb. spare ribs 1 c. sliced onions 1 c. catsup 1 c. water 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. paprika Cut ribs into serving pieces. Brown in baking pan over surface heat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs. Cover and bake in moderate 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Baste ribs 3 to 4 times during baking. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. |
