3 egg whites
2 cans Angel Flake coconut
1/4 lb. 4X sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat egg whites, until stiff. Gently add coconut, sugar and flavorings. Drop on greased and floured cookie sheet with a teaspoon. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven until tan, about 20 minutes.
