MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. coarse grained mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place chicken in large, shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover and marinate at least 2 hours. Grill over hot coals about 8 minutes on each side. Note: can also be broiled.
