CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dip chicken in egg and then bread crumbs, coat well. Heat olive oil in skillet. Sprinkle well with garlic salt. Cook chicken until well browned on both sides. Pour sauce into 11 x 7 baking dish. Place cooked chicken breasts on top of sauce, top with Parmesan and then Mozzarella. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is light brown.
