OVEN BROWNED MEAT BALLS 
2 whole eggs or 4 egg whites
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. cracker or bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 16 meat balls. Broil, turning once, until well browned on both sides. Allow to cool, then pack in 2 plastic bags and freeze. Each bag is enough for a 4 serving dinner. Makes 16. 90 calories each.
