MOM'S MACARONI & CHEESE 
1/2 lb. macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

1. Boil macaroni as instructed on package.

2. Melt butter in double boiler. Add milk, dry mustard, salt, pepper and onion. Heat until warm. Add flour and mix until thickened then add Velveeta, mix until melted.

3. Put cooked macaroni into casserole dish and mix with melted cheese mixture.

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
