WORLD'S BEST MACARONI & CHEESE | |
1 can evaporated milk 1 (1 lb.) box elbow macaroni 1 lb. cheese (block or solid) 1 tsp. minced or chopped onion flakes 2 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper or dash of red pepper Cook as directed the macaroni; while macaroni is cooking, grate cheese. Drain macaroni. Beat eggs and milk, add onion flakes, pepper and dash of salt. Mix macaroni, liquid and cheese. Allow enough cheese to cover entire top after mixing all ingredients. Sprinkle paprika and cook until cheese has completely melted (about 25 to 30 minutes) in 350 degree oven. Tuna, ham, turkey breast or chicken breast can be added. If additional liquid is needed, use homogenized milk or evaporated milk. |
