CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken (bite size)
3 c. Ritz crackers (crumbled)
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese (cheddar preferable)

Grease casserole. Layer chicken, crackers, sliced butter. Mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds. Pour over top. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
