CHICKEN CASSEROLE III 
1 hen or 2 lg. fryers
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. poppy seed or more

Cook chicken, and remove from bones. Cut up in large pieces and mix with sour cream and soup that has been combined. Put in casserole. Makes topping of cracker crumbs, melted butter. I spread on top of chicken. Cover top with poppy seed. Be sure crumbs are well covered and add more poppy seed if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
