CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts

Cook chicken until done. Pull off bone and cut into bite size pieces.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Line bottom of casserole dish with pieces of chicken. Pour 2 or 4 tablespoons of chicken broth over chicken. Pour both cans of soup over top of chicken. Add crushed Ritz crackers on top. Pour melted butter over top. Sprinkle with poppy seed. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
