CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken cooked and boned (or 4 breasts)
3 to 4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 sm. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Melt butter, soup, sour cream, and poppy seed. Add 2 cups of broth from chicken. In large dish, layer chicken and Ritz crackers. Make 2 layers. Pour mixture on top of chicken. Last layer add a layer of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
