CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
12 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
3 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Ritz cracker crumbs

Boil chicken and dice. Mix with other ingredients. Bake in greased 2 quart casserole pan. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 35 minutes.
