I've used the above recipe for the dressing. I use prepared broccoli slaw from the produce department, and then I add Sun Maid dried tropical fruit (dates, mango, papaya, etc.). Let it stand in the fridge for at least an hour prior to serving. Delicious!

Love this recipe, it is simple, healthy, fresh and delicious. I used what I had: pecans, apples and broccoli slaw mix.

Wow! Thanks for the super-simple and good recipe. I shredded up the stems of 2 broccoli heads, a few baby carrots, diced up half an apple, and tossed in a handful of golden raisins. Used cider vinegar as someone else recommended, 0% greek yogurt and full fat mayo, and sugar free pancake syrup. Very tasty and different!

I used this recipe with a bag of store-bought shredded broccoli and carrots, with a few chopped green onions added. I used light mayonnaise, full-fat yogurt, apple cider vinegar and trader joe's maple syrup (those are just what I happened to have in my fridge), and it turned out really really good.

I buy broccoli slaw in bags in the produce section. Also, if in a hurry, I like to use prepared cole slaw dressing purchased in a jar.

I absolutely love this recipe....its fast and easy to make.. with the exception of figuring out a better way of shredding the broccoli lol. But it is def something I would make again and again......
