MEATBALLS IN GRAPE SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. grape jelly
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic salt with 1/2 cup water; blend well. Shape into small balls; brown in hot fat in skillet. Drain on absorbent toweling.

Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in saucepan; simmer, stirring constantly, until smooth and well blended. Add meatballs to sauce; simmer for 5-10 minutes or until balls are heated through. Serve in chafing dish. You can also put them in the crockpot.
