BEEF & PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup 1/3 c. water 2 c. cooked noodles 1 can (8 oz.) peas, drained 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained Brown beef and onions in a skillet; drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients with beef mixture. Put into 2 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with pimento strips. 6 servings. |
