PEA PODS BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen pea pods
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can chow mein noodles

Allow pea pods to thaw. Brown meat, onion, add butter if needed. Place in dish, arrange pea pods over meat.

Combine mushrooms, soup, milk over meat and pea pods. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
