BAKED CHEESE POTATOES 
6 to 8 med. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Canned milk

Boil potatoes until almost done - cool and grate. Add sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the cheese and enough milk to make it spreadable in the pan. Sprinkle balance of cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
