LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Cut in all ingredients and press to the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1/4 tsp. lemon rind
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
