CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, salt and pepper to taste
Sm. amount sausage
1 c. diced potatoes
2 raw eggs
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. cabbage head, dip leaves in hot water

Mix everything together. Roll up in cabbage. Use round toothpicks to hold together. Cook in tomato juice 1 1 1/2 hours (on low heat). It takes about 1/2 gallon tomato juice.
