CABBAGE SOUP | |
1/4 lb. cooked smoked sausage 1 lg. onion (chopped) 1 sm. head cabbage (coarse chop) 4 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed Salt and pepper 1 c. water 2 c. milk (skim) Chop sausage and place it in a large pot, add onion, cabbage, potato, and water. Cook to desired doneness. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Do not boil. Serve. |
