1 jar mincemeat
Firm red tart apples

Wash and core apples; do not peel. Scoop out some of the apple. Do not scoop out all the way to the bottom. Mash the apple you scooped out with the mincemeat and stuff the core of the apples. Bake at 350 degrees until tender and top with melted butter.
