GROUND BEEF TATOR TOT DISH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can or jar mushrooms
1 c. diced fresh carrots (optional)
1 c. diced green beans (optional)
Diced onion
Diced green pepper
Diced celery
Velveeta cheese
Tator tots

Brown beef with onions, celery, green pepper. After browned, drain fat off. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and small jar or can of mushrooms and mix well. Put in long baking dish. Cover with package of grated American cheese or slices of cheese. Finally, spread bag of tator tots on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (You can add fresh diced carrots and green beans to mixture for extra vegetables.)
