OVERNIGHT PASTA SALAD 
The entire family loves this and always asks me to bring it to all family gatherings.

1 (16 oz.) box Rotini pasta
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups sliced green onion
1 cup sliced green pepper
sliced radishes
1 1/2 cups chopped lettuce

Cook pasta, rinse, and drain. Mix oil, white vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and pour over pasta. Toss and place in refrigerator overnight.

The next day, 1 to 2 hours before serving, remove from refrigerator and add sliced green onion, sliced green pepper, sliced radishes, and chopped lettuce. Enjoy!
