PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper
Minute Rice
Tomatoes, stewed

Lay pork chops in bottom of Pyrex dish. Put 1 onion slice on top of each pork chops. Put 2 or 3 rings of pepper on top of each pork chop and onion ring. Then pour rice and tomatoes over all until well covered. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 375 degree oven.
