RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 3/4 c. or more rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2-3 egg yolks, save the white for meringue topping
1/2 c. milk

Place rhubarb into an unbaked pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 400 degrees until done. Cover with meringue topping.
