NEW YORK SPIEDIES 
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. salad oil
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 cloves garlic
Juice of lime or 1 lemon
1 1/2 lb. cubed meat

Mix ingredients and marinate meat overnight. Place 3 or 4 cubes on a skewer and cook on barbeque grill or place under broiler. Serve with slices of Italian bread.
