CHERRY PIE | |
1 can cherry pie filling 1 can tart cherries 1/4 c. sugar, brown or white 2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. quick tapioca 1/3 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter or more 1 tsp. cinnamon Unbaked pie shell & lattice top crust Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice crust. Sprinkle extra sugar over and bake at 400 degrees until brown and bubbly. Use a 10 inch pie pan. |
