CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
Longhorn cheese
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Cook cauliflower until it starts to get mushy (not quite done). Drain it and place it in the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour soup over top. Lay cheese slices on top of this. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
