ONION AND CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
3 pkg. frozen cauliflower pieces
3 jars sm. white onions (NOT cocktail onions)
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 to 2 1/2 c. white sauce
Dash of paprika
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
Parmesan cheese

Put cauliflower and onions in large rectangular pan. Add the 2 grated cheeses to white sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix into the vegetables gently. Scatter the buttered crumbs over the top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over crumbs. bake in 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour.
