MIXED HARVEST VEG CASSEROLE 
1 box cauliflower
1 box broccoli
1 box brussel sprouts
1 box onions in cream sauce or peas & onions in cream sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Boil cauliflower, broccoli and brussel sprouts for about 5 minutes; drain. Mix the other ingredients together and heat until cheese is melted. Add vegetables to sauce. Top with croutons. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
