BARBECUED MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground beef
18 oz. bottle Kraft Hickory Barbecue sauce
Chopped onions, if desired
1/2 sm. jar of your favorite jelly, grape is best

Roll ground beef in small balls. If using onions, mix them with beef. Be sure to chop them very fine if you use them. Microwave on high for about 4 minutes. Check them often because some microwaves cook very fast. They are done if there is no blood when pricked with a fork.

If you don't have a microwave, you may bake them in a 350 degree oven until done. Combine barbecue sauce and jelly in a thick pot. Pour meatballs in mixture and let simmer for 30 minutes. If you can let them cook longer, they are better.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
