BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
12 packets Equal
1/8 tsp. salt
1 recipe plain pastry
1/2 c. fructose
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix berries with fructose, Equal, flour, salt and lemon juice. Line pie pan with pastry, pour in filling and cover with top crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20-30 minutes longer. Makes one 9-inch pie.
