CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
12 oz. chicken, cooked
1 sm. jar pimentos
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 3/4 c. grated cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti; mix with chicken, pimento, pepper, onion, soup, and water. Put 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese in mixture to be cooked. Place all in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
