ITALIAN CHICKEN TETRAZZINI | |
4-5 c. chicken, cooked and cubed 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 oz. spaghetti 2-3 tbsp. green pepper, minced 2 c. celery, finely cut 3 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 c. chicken broth 1 c. milk 1 sm. can pimentos, drained Buttered crumbs Saute vegetables in 3 tablespoons of butter with salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti following directions on box. Grease casserole and place mixture of chicken, seasonings, spaghetti, vegetables, hard boiled eggs and liquid in it. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
