PINEAPPLE SALAD MOLD 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Boil together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Knox gelatin (1 envelope) that has been dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water. Let cool, few hours. 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. Dream Whip

Beat cream cheese, milk and Dream Whip. Fold in pineapple mixture and pour into mold. Keep in freezer. Prepare day before serving. Substitute whole cranberries for pineapple at Thanksgiving.
